Lumineux Event Rentals is more than a party rental company – we are a brand created with a vision for chic and elegant events. Our unique products will enhance any event, large or small. Our Policy

Prices quoted are for one day use only. Weekly and monthly rates available upon request.
A 50% deposit is required on all reservations. Total rental amount is due at time of delivery or customer pick up.
Equipment is priced for time out whether it is used or not.
Extra charges will be added for missing or broken equipment.
All equipment must be returned to original spot of delivery, tables must be folded; chairs must be stacked or bagged to avoid a breakdown fee.
Delivery will be made to ground level, backyard tent area or to a location accessible to our delivery vehicle.
All equipment must be left under tent or covered to protect equipment from weather conditions.
Fabrics must be completely dry and folded. Torn or burned fabrics are subject to replacement cost.
Customer Pick Up
Customer is responsible for loading and unloading of all rental items. If we are able, we will assist you, we are not responsible for any damage or injury to you or your vehicle.
Customer is required to submit police reports to Lumineux Event Rentals Inc. for theft, vandalizing or damage to equipment arising from illegal incident.
Payment Agreement
Any customer, who enters into a contract with Lumineux Event Rentals Inc., agrees to have a confirmed and valid credit card on record with us at all times during the rental agreement period. You are hereby authorize Lumineux Event Rentals Inc. to store your credit card information and to change all sums due to us at anytime during the term of agreement, including damages, unreturned items. Extra rental fees will be charged if items are not returned by the due date.
Customer also agrees if these fees are assessed and customer dispute these changes, resulting in a chargeback, customer will be charged an additional administrative fee of $35.00 for the cost of supplying the necessary documentation to the credit card company in order to dispute the claim.

When should I reserve to place an order?
All rentals are on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you reserve your equipment the better. Even if you do not know your exact guest count it is best to reserve your equipment and then make adjustments as needed. A reservation is made and confirmed upon receipt of deposit.
What if I need to change my order?
All changes must be made at least 48-72 hours prior to delivery. Additions to your order are welcomed and are subject to availability.
Deletions must be made at least 48-72 hours prior to delivery or a 50% restocking charge will be assessed. All cancelled accessories (candelabras,lights) are subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
What are your delivery hours?
Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Weekends or after hour deliveries are available for an additional charge.
What is your delivery charge?
Delivery charges are determined according to the location and the amount of the rentals. Customers can also come to our storage to pick up their rentals, our staff will assist you in loading your items but the customer is responsible for protecting their vehicle and our equipment.
Do you set up the equipment?
Lumineux Event Rentals Inc. delivers the equipment to the location, an additional charge is added if the customer wants a set up.
